Known for her precision, tenacity, and practical problem-solving, Kristin is committed to protecting her clients’ interests in and out of the courtroom. Outside of her practice, Kristin is an avid traveler who seeks out new experiences around the world. She stays active through soccer, tennis, skiing, and mountain biking—pursuits that reflect the same energy and drive she brings to her legal work.

Chandler Molinaro

Licensed Commercial Pilot and Aviation Paralegal
Chandler Molinaro is an Aviation Paralegal and a commercially licensed pilot with a unique combination of real-world airline operations and hands-on flying knowledge. This blend of real piloting experience, rigorous academic training, and operational airline knowledge equips her with a distinctive insider perspective that strengthens every matter she supports. Raised in the rural coastal piedmont of North Carolina, not far from Fort Bragg, Chandler caught the aviation bug as a young girl when her mother took her to watch the jets at Pope Air Force Base. Though she didn’t discover a pathway to become a pilot until age 26, she pursued her dream with focus and grit—earning her Commercial Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Rating in an impressive 196 flight hours. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree in aviation science from Utah Valley University, where a course in aviation law ignited her passion for the legal side of the industry. Chandler gained valuable Part 121 airline experience working in the maintenance department at CommuteAir and later in the Operations Control Center (OCC) at Spirit Airlines. These roles gave her firsthand insight into aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, flight operations, dispatch coordination, and the daily realities of running a commercial airline. She brings this practical knowledge to her work as an aviation paralegal, excelling in matters involving pilot enforcement actions, NTSB investigations, FAA regulatory compliance, aircraft operations, and maintenance-related issues. Outside the office, Chandler is deeply passionate about American history, government and regulatory law at all levels, FAA regulations, and the ongoing missions of NASA and SpaceX. She is also currently deepening her technical knowledge of the Airbus A320. In her free time, she enjoys spoiling her French Mastiff, Atlas, with beach trips and pup cups.
